As a technical expert on our Go-To-Market team, you will partner with sales to accelerate the adoption of Google Cloud. Your deep expertise in strategic AI product areas, combined with your coding and prototyping skills, will be instrumental in developing and showcasing innovative solutions to customers. You will play a vital role in resolving AI-centered customer issues and providing crucial feedback to influence product development.

Drive technical solutions for complex AI workloads, supporting customers from initial evaluation through adoption. Develop functional, customer-tailored solutions by integrating business strategies with direct development and prototyping.

Provide in-depth technical consultation, acting as a trusted advisor and building strong customer relationships. Contribute to reusable solutions and assets for the Go-To-Market team based on customer engagement learnings.

Collaborate with Product and Engineering management to document, prioritize, and resolve customer feature requests and issues. Travel to customer sites, conferences, and events as needed, serving as a public advocate for Google Cloud.

A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience is required. You should possess at least 6 years of experience in cloud-native architecture within a customer-facing capacity.

Demonstrated experience in architecting solutions that integrate AI models using agents with enterprise data sources, employing patterns such as RAG, Text-to-SQL, and semantic search is essential. Proficiency in coding with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, or Java for demos, prototypes, and workshops with customers is also necessary.
