Drive the technical strategy for complex AI workloads, ensuring swift and successful customer adoption from technical evaluation to full implementation. Serve as a technical advisor, providing consultation and building strong relationships with clients. Utilize insights gained from customer engagements to create reusable assets and solutions for the Go-to-Market team. Represent Google Cloud publicly by traveling to customer sites, conferences, and industry events.

Collaborate closely with product and engineering management to meticulously document, prioritize, and resolve customer feature requests and technical issues.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. You should have 6 years of experience working with clients in the ITES sector. Proven experience in engaging with and presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leadership is essential.

Preferred qualifications include experience developing financial services or telecommunication agents using frameworks like LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or the Google AI Agent Development Kit (ADK). Familiarity with cloud technologies such as SaaS, iPaaS, business automation, cloud infrastructure, Agentic AI, and cloud networking is beneficial.

Knowledge of integration patterns using OpenAPI and Model Context Protocol (MCP) for connecting AI agents with business systems and API Gateways is advantageous. Understanding observability constructs, including distributed tracing, logging, and audit logging for AI applications, is also a plus.
