Drive complex AI product workload solutions for rapid customer adoption, guiding them from technical evaluation to full implementation. Develop functional, customer-tailored solutions through direct development and prototyping, securing buy-in from customer domain experts. Provide expert technical consultation, acting as a trusted advisor and building strong customer relationships.

Contribute reusable solutions and assets to the Go-to-Market team based on customer engagement learnings. Serve as a public advocate for Google Cloud by traveling to customer sites, conferences, and events. Document, prioritize, and drive the resolution of customer feature requests and issues by collaborating with product and engineering management.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, along with six years of experience in tech startups or digital-native organizations. Demonstrated experience in engaging with and presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders is essential.

Preferred qualifications include experience developing financial services or telecommunication agents using frameworks like LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or the Google AI ADK. Expertise in cloud technologies such as SaaS, iPaaS, business automation, cloud infrastructure, Agentic AI, and cloud networking is beneficial. Familiarity with integration patterns using OpenAPI and MCP for connecting AI agents with business systems and API Gateways is valued, as is knowledge of observability constructs for AI applications.
