Provide in-depth technical consultation, serving as a trusted advisor and building robust customer relationships. Translate customer engagement learnings into reusable assets for the Go-To-Market team. Collaborate with Product and Engineering management to document, prioritize, and resolve customer feature requests and issues. Represent Google Cloud publicly at customer sites, conferences, and events.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, coupled with 6 years of experience in cloud-native architecture within a customer-facing capacity. You should be adept at architecting solutions that integrate AI models using agents with enterprise data sources, employing patterns such as RAG, Text-to-SQL, and semantic search.

Proficiency in coding with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, or Java is essential for demonstrating and prototyping integration patterns with customers. Experience with frameworks like LangGraph or Semantic Kernel, and knowledge of cloud technologies including SaaS, iPaaS, and Agentic AI are highly advantageous.
