The AI GTM Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES) Google Cloud team acts as trusted AI advisors, dedicated to creating transformative customer experiences that redefine business landscapes. We partner with clients, offering AI expertise, thought leadership, and industry best practices to revolutionize their outcomes and accelerate digital transformation.

Drive the technical vision for intricate workloads within AI product domains, ensuring swift and successful adoption. You will guide customers through the technical evaluation process to full implementation.

Develop and prototype functional, customer-specific solutions by integrating business strategies. These solutions will aim to secure buy-in from key customer stakeholders.

Serve as a technical advisor, offering consultation and building strong relationships with clients. Utilize insights gained from customer engagements to develop reusable solutions and assets for the Go-to-Market team.

Represent Google Cloud publicly by traveling to customer sites, conferences, and events. Work collaboratively with product and engineering management to document, prioritize, and resolve customer feature requests and technical issues.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, coupled with at least 6 years of experience in tech startups or digital-native environments.

Demonstrated experience in engaging with and presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leadership is essential.

Preferred qualifications include experience developing financial services or telecommunication agents using frameworks like LangGraph or Semantic Kernel. Familiarity with cloud technologies such as SaaS, iPaaS, business automation, cloud infrastructure, Agentic AI, and cloud networking is advantageous.

Knowledge of integration patterns via OpenAPI and Model Context Protocol (MCP), as well as experience with observability constructs for AI applications, are also beneficial. The role offers opportunities to specify a preferred working location in Gurugram or Bengaluru, India.
