Spearhead the technical strategy for complex AI workloads, ensuring swift and successful customer adoption from initial evaluation to full implementation.

Integrate business strategies with hands-on development and prototyping to craft customized solutions that resonate with customer domain experts and secure their buy-in.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor, delivering in-depth consultation to foster strong, lasting customer relationships. Share insights gained from customer engagements to build valuable, reusable assets for the Go-To-Market team.

Collaborate within product and engineering management systems to meticulously document, prioritize, and resolve customer-reported feature requests and technical issues.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.

Bring a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in cloud-native architecture, specifically within customer-facing roles.

Demonstrate expertise in designing solutions that effectively integrate AI models using agents with enterprise data sources, leveraging patterns such as RAG, Text-to-SQL, and semantic search.

Show proficiency in coding using Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, or Java, to develop and present integration patterns to customers through demos and prototypes.
