Join Google Cloud as an AI Customer Engineer and empower digital-native organizations. This role is pivotal in extending the reach of cloud computing globally.

You will facilitate customers in enhancing their productivity, mobility, and collaboration through Google Cloud products. Your expertise will solve critical technical challenges for clients and collaborate with product marketing and engineering teams to innovate and stay ahead of industry trends.

The AI GTM team is at the forefront, acting as trusted AI advisors. We create transformative customer experiences, leveraging AI expertise, thought leadership, and industry best practices to revolutionize business outcomes.

Drive the technical solution for complex AI workloads, ensuring successful customer adoption from evaluation to ramp-up.

Develop functional, customer-tailored solutions by combining business strategies with direct development and prototyping.

Act as a technical advisor, providing consultation and building strong customer relationships.

Contribute reusable solutions and assets to the Go-to-Market team based on customer engagement learnings. Travel as needed to advocate for Google Cloud at customer sites, conferences, and events.

Document and prioritize customer feature requests and issues within product and engineering management systems for timely resolution.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Significant experience, at least 6 years, in tech startups or digital-native organizations is essential.

Proven ability to engage with and present technical information to both technical stakeholders and executive leadership is critical.

Experience in developing financial services or telecommunication agents using frameworks like LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or Google AI ADK is preferred.

Familiarity with cloud technologies including SaaS, iPaaS, business automation, cloud infrastructure, Agentic AI, and cloud networking is a plus.

Knowledge of integration patterns using OpenAPI and MCP to connect AI agents with business systems and API Gateways, as well as observability constructs for AI applications, is beneficial.
