Own the entire analytics lifecycle, from raw data exploration to production dashboards and strategic recommendations.

Build and maintain critical production dashboards and alerting systems for daily business metrics.

Conduct deep dives into user behavior, identifying engagement trends, diagnosing drop-offs, and quantifying the impact of product and pricing changes.

Develop highly optimized SQL queries using advanced techniques on our modern data stack.

Maintain and enhance the company's analytics knowledge base, documenting schemas and metric definitions.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define experiments, validate A/B tests, and ensure accurate attribution.

Utilize AI tooling extensively to automate data exploration, query generation, anomaly detection, and reporting.

Demonstrate exceptional SQL proficiency, with a deep understanding of CTEs, window functions, and partitioning.

Possess hands-on experience with subscription/SaaS metrics like MRR, churn, cohort analysis, and conversion funnels.

Exhibit a hypothesis-driven approach to analysis, iterating and revising based on data findings.

Be comfortable navigating and resolving issues within messy, evolving data infrastructure.

Familiarity with product analytics tools such as PostHog, Mixpanel, or Amplitude is essential.

Proven ability to build user-friendly dashboards and visualizations for non-technical stakeholders.
