Lead the complete lifecycle of Finance AI projects, from initial discovery through implementation and outcome tracking. Establish and guide a newly formed squad, defining its mission, governance, and operational framework. Transform business needs and AI opportunities into actionable roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery plans. Proactively manage scope, capacity, risks, dependencies, and blockers, providing strategic recommendations and escalating issues as needed.

Facilitate all Agile and Scrum ceremonies to ensure efficient team collaboration and delivery. Maintain transparency in all delivery processes through tools like Jira and comprehensive reporting. Cultivate an environment that promotes ownership, experimentation, continuous improvement, and a dedication to achieving delivery excellence.

A proven track record in leading complex technology, transformation, data, or AI-driven programs with demonstrable business results is essential. Experience in establishing new squads or delivery models in nascent or undefined environments is highly valued. You should possess a strong aptitude for navigating ambiguity, structuring complex challenges, and driving decisive action with incomplete information.

Expertise in delivery management, encompassing planning, governance, risk mitigation, and execution, is a must. A pragmatic, outcome-focused approach to Agile and Scrum methodologies is expected. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across both business and technology domains are critical. Familiarity with AI, data, automation, or emerging technology delivery is required.
