Spearhead Microsoft 365 migration and modernization initiatives, encompassing SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Nintex workflows. Provide expert technical guidance on SharePoint Online, SPFx, Microsoft 365 migrations, Nintex, and the Power Platform. Develop comprehensive delivery strategies, estimates, migration waves, resourcing plans, governance frameworks, and quality assurance measures. Conduct thorough assessments, identify critical risks and dependencies, and formulate practical migration roadmaps. Oversee the setup of migration factories, pilot programs, wave execution, cutover processes, and smooth transitions. Manage the modernization of Nintex workflows and forms using Nintex Automation Cloud or the Power Platform. Review and approve solution designs, migration strategies, remediation plans, and deployment documentation. Lead and mentor delivery teams, proactively addressing blockers and monitoring progress to ensure high quality. Effectively manage relationships with clients, security teams, Microsoft, and vendors, ensuring alignment on decisions and dependencies. Contribute to proposals, demonstrations, estimations, staffing plans, and executive presentations. Champion the adoption of reusable methods, automation, and continuous improvement practices. Ensure strict adherence to security, quality, organizational, and commercial mandates.

Demonstrate 9-12 years of progressive technology consulting experience, with a significant focus on Microsoft 365, SharePoint migration, or modernization. Possess deep, SME-level understanding of SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, SPFx, Microsoft Graph, PnP PowerShell, and Microsoft 365 architecture. Exhibit a proven track record of planning and successfully delivering large-scale Microsoft 365 migration programs involving SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. Showcase practical experience in migration assessment, remediation, migration factory operations, wave planning, velocity management, cutover, and hypercare. Leverage hands-on experience or solution oversight with migration tools such as ShareGate, Microsoft Migration Manager, or the SharePoint Migration Tool. Apply knowledge of Nintex Workflow, Nintex Forms, and Nintex Automation Cloud, with practical experience in modernizing workflows and forms. Utilize a working knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, guiding optimal target-platform decisions. Develop and implement migration and modernization accelerators to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Possess a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a closely related field. Meet a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within a professional services or consulting organization.
