Define and implement robust orchestration patterns for agentic systems, including planner-executor, supervisor-worker, and hierarchical models.
Develop frameworks to facilitate agent-to-agent communication, collaboration, and task delegation across diverse agents, establishing common interaction contracts.
Gain hands-on experience with leading orchestration SDKs like Microsoft Semantic Kernel and Azure AI Foundry, extending or building custom frameworks as needed.
Assess and integrate enterprise orchestration platforms, defining clear build vs. buy criteria based on complexity, governance, extensibility, and cost.
Integrate orchestrators with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, tool registries, and enterprise APIs, standardizing tool discovery and invocation.
Embed runtime controls for guardrails, policy enforcement, and human-in-the-loop patterns, while implementing comprehensive observability for tracing, logging, and metrics. Align orchestration with enterprise governance and lifecycle controls.

A strong foundation in agentic architectures and orchestration patterns is essential, coupled with hands-on experience building end-to-end multi-agent workflows.
Proficiency with orchestration SDKs such as Semantic Kernel or equivalents, and experience integrating off-the-shelf agentic platforms like Moveworks or similar tools are required.
A proven API-first design mindset and experience orchestrating microservices and tools, alongside familiarity with MCP servers, tool calling protocols, and agent tool registries, are crucial.
Experience with event-driven and asynchronous orchestration patterns will be advantageous.
A solid appreciation for governance, security, and compliance within AI systems is necessary, alongside the ability to design scalable orchestration solutions across diverse domains and use cases.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and shaping new standards is expected.
