In this senior consultant role, you will be instrumental in designing and developing robust solutions using Automation Anywhere. You will translate complex business requirements and process designs into actionable automation workflows.

Key responsibilities include: - Leading automation teams and working independently or under architectural guidance. - Evaluating software solutions and applying best practices in architectural design and design patterns. - Developing proposals, providing user support, and collaborating effectively with team members and other departments. - Maintaining technical ownership for project delivery, often as the sole technical expert on a project.

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in enterprise automation, specifically with 7+ years of experience in Automation Anywhere development and agile methodologies. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience leading automation teams is required.

Ideal candidates will possess: - Technical leadership skills in evaluating software solutions and architectural design. - Experience with RPA infrastructure setup is a valuable plus. - Solid understanding of both attended and unattended robotics implementations. - Familiarity with Citrix environments and OCR tools (e.g., ABBYY). - Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. - A flexible and adaptable mindset, open to learning new tools and methodologies.
