Architect, build, and implement custom Copilot solutions across Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Platform, and SharePoint. Develop and integrate Copilot plugins, prompts, and workflows to streamline business processes.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define requirements and translate business needs into robust technical specifications. Leverage Microsoft Graph, Azure OpenAI, and associated APIs to create intelligent, context-aware functionalities. Ensure the highest standards of data security, privacy, and compliance in all Copilot implementations.

Conduct thorough testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of Copilot solutions to enhance performance and user experience. Provide comprehensive user training, detailed documentation, and ongoing support for deployed Copilot features. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

We are looking for an experienced professional with at least 5 years in software or automation development, including 2+ years focused on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform). A strong grasp of Microsoft Copilot capabilities, generative AI principles, and effective prompt engineering is essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Graph API, Azure OpenAI, and RESTful APIs is required, alongside expertise in scripting or programming languages such as PowerShell, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python. Familiarity with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and integrating Copilot with various business applications is highly valued. Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are paramount, as is experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Preferred candidates may hold relevant Microsoft certifications or have experience in building chatbots and conversational AI solutions.
