This role involves driving the full lifecycle of Gen AI/Agentic initiatives, from initial concept and proof-of-concept development through to successful deployment and scaling.

Champion innovation by identifying opportunities and creating reusable assets, accelerators, and frameworks for Generative AI and Agentic solutions. Oversee the efficient deployment of AI models across various platforms, guaranteeing operational excellence and adherence to all compliance requirements. Develop and refine strategies for continuous integration and delivery of AI solutions, focusing on optimized performance and maintainability.

Establish and enforce comprehensive governance policies, standards, and best practices for AI architecture and deployment. This includes ensuring strict compliance with data privacy and ethical guidelines. Mentor and guide a technical team and fellow architects, cultivating an environment of innovation and high performance. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate their needs into scalable AI solutions and drive widespread adoption.

Architect and implement scalable, secure, and business-aligned enterprise ML and Gen AI/Agentic solutions. Lead end-to-end Gen AI/Agentic initiatives from ideation and PoCs to deployment and scaling. Drive innovation by developing reusable Gen AI/Agentic assets, accelerators, and frameworks. Ensure seamless, efficient, and compliant deployment of Gen AI/Agentic models across platforms. Develop and implement CI/CD strategies for AI solutions to optimize performance and maintainability. Establish and enforce AI architecture governance, standards, and best practices, including data privacy and ethical guidelines. Mentor and lead technical teams and architects, fostering a culture of innovation. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions and drive adoption. Act as a central point of coordination between business lines, technology teams, and clients for consistent delivery outcomes. Identify and develop reusable assets and tools within the AI domain.

Possess a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; a Ph.D. is advantageous. Accumulate 18+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and solution delivery, with a significant focus on ML and Gen AI technologies. Demonstrate a proven track record in solutioning AI-powered solutions at scale, ideally in client-facing capacities. Exhibit a deep understanding of Gen AI/Agentic frameworks such as Langchain, LLM services (e.g., OpenAI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and MLOps practices. Show a strong grasp of CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture, alongside familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Bring excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills. Have exposure to industry-specific Gen AI/Agentic use cases (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Finance, Supply Chain). Boast a minimum of 8 years of extensive experience in architecting end-to-end products/assets using multiple technology components, including AI/ML and Generative AI. Possess strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills, enabling synthesis of complex information and data-driven decisions. Provide evidence of leading large-scale AI solution deployments and managing cross-functional teams.
