Architect, develop, and deploy intelligent agents and AI solutions to automate tasks and enhance user productivity. Design robust agent workflows, including tool use, orchestration patterns, error handling, and observability.

Integrate solutions across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Claude AI for scalable automation. Build and maintain secure integrations with enterprise systems and third-party services using APIs and event-driven patterns.

Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams in an agile setting, contributing to planning and iterative delivery. Champion quality through testing, CI/CD, performance tuning, and continuous improvements based on telemetry and feedback.

Monitor and improve digital workplace technologies, particularly Microsoft 365 services. Refine Copilot use cases across departments, track adoption metrics, and manage Copilot Studio agents and connectors.

Act as an expert on Copilot capabilities, providing guidance and supporting a Center of Excellence. Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance performance, address technical issues, and enforce data protection policies.

Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines. Conduct enablement sessions, develop best practices for responsible AI, and stay updated on AI trends. Collaborate with partners to manage digital workplace technologies.

Stay informed about emerging technologies, identify enhancement opportunities, and contribute to the technology roadmap. Lead and participate in proof of concepts and pilot projects, overseeing the implementation of new or upgraded technology services.

Mandatory competencies include expertise in Generative AI, specifically Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Graph RAG, and Agentic AI Systems. Proficiency is required in workflow and agentic frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.

Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, advanced GenAI concepts, fine-tuning, model customization, AI agents, and tool calling is essential. The role demands strong skills in cloud application integration and deployment, with a primary programming language being Python.

Candidates must possess expertise in prompt engineering and vector databases. Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock is also required. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are crucial for working effectively within the team and with stakeholders.
