We are looking for a proactive developer who can ensure security, governance, and compliance in all AI-powered implementations. Your contributions will be vital in monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing AI responses for maximum impact.

Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein AI.

Configure and implement Agentforce agents, topics, actions, prompts, and conversation flows to automate business processes.

Develop and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations to support Agentforce.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce clouds and third-party applications, ensuring security and compliance.

Perform unit testing, system testing, deployment, and documentation for Agentforce implementations.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development is required, with a proven track record on at least 2-3 end-to-end Salesforce projects.

Possession of a Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification is essential.

Demonstrated hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, and Copilot capabilities is mandatory.

Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Visualforce, Triggers, and the Salesforce security model is expected.

Experience in building custom actions, prompts, automation workflows, and AI-powered business processes within Salesforce is necessary.

Familiarity with Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, and external services, along with an understanding of Data Cloud and CRM data models, is also required.
