This role offers hands-on experience with leading platforms like Aisera, ServiceNow AI, and open agent frameworks. You will architect and develop autonomous systems that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate complex enterprise workflows, driving efficiency in ITSM, operations, and business processes. Your expertise will be crucial from conceptualization through to successful delivery.

Key contributions will involve developing, configuring, and deploying AI agents on Aisera and similar platforms. You will construct multi-agent systems designed for reasoning, planning, and seamless task execution. Responsibilities include implementing RAG pipelines, managing agent memory and context, and orchestrating complex interactions. Integrating agents with enterprise systems via APIs, webhooks, and databases is essential. Optimizing agent performance through prompt engineering and tuning will be a core duty. Translating business needs into technical designs, alongside delivering demos and iterating based on feedback, will be ongoing tasks. You will also build scalable backend services, ensure robust testing and CI/CD practices, and implement AI governance and security measures. Continuous improvement of deployed agents through data-driven evaluation is expected.

We seek individuals with 8-12 years of experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or systems integration, with recent, practical experience in Agentic AI or LLM delivery. Proficiency in Python is mandatory, complemented by experience in Java and/or JavaScript for production-quality code. A strong track record with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or PydanticAI is required. Solid understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, function calling, and agent evaluation is critical. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD practices is essential. Familiarity with AI/LLM observability tools is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving, customer communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously are vital.
