Develop, test, and deploy data pipelines, transformations, dashboards, and ML/GenAI components on Google Cloud, managing the full lifecycle from requirements to production support.

Engage in client discussions, clarify project needs, and provide clear updates on progress and potential risks to team leads and stakeholders.

Write clean, well-tested, and documented code, actively participating in peer reviews and promptly addressing any data quality or performance issues in pipelines and models.

Implement modern engineering practices, including DataOps/MLOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), within an Agile development framework and self-manage task estimations.

Contribute to the creation of reusable assets, mentor junior team members, and proactively enhance your Google Cloud skills and certifications.

Possess hands-on experience in developing and deploying data or ML solutions on Google Cloud (GCP) within production environments.

Demonstrate strong programming proficiency in Python and SQL, with a beneficial exposure to Java/Scala or Apache Beam.

Exhibit working knowledge of essential GCP data services including BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Composer/Dataform.

Showcase exposure to ML and Generative AI on GCP, utilizing Vertex AI (training, pipelines, endpoints), BigQuery ML, Gemini models, and foundational RAG patterns.

Understand engineering fundamentals such as Git, CI/CD, Terraform basics, automated testing, and secure access controls (IAM, secrets).

Familiarity with at least one of the following domains: Data Platform Modernization, Analytics & BI (Looker), Generative AI, or Customer 360.

Possess excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to thrive in an Agile team setting.

Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.
