Join our dynamic team as a Google Data & AI Engineer (Senior Analyst) and play a key role in building and managing sophisticated data pipelines, analytics, and ML/GenAI solutions on Google Cloud. You will contribute as an integral part of a delivery team, translating designs into high-quality, production-ready features. Focus on ensuring data accuracy, security, optimal performance, and cost efficiency while expanding your expertise within Google's comprehensive Data & AI ecosystem.

Develop, test, and deploy data pipelines, transformations, dashboards, and ML/GenAI components on Google Cloud, from initial requirements through ongoing production support. Engage in client discussions to refine requirements and provide clear updates on progress and potential risks to leads and stakeholders. Write well-structured, tested, and documented code, actively participating in peer reviews. Monitor pipelines and models to proactively address data quality and performance challenges.

Implement modern engineering practices including DataOps/MLOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) within an Agile framework, taking ownership of task estimation. Contribute to the development of reusable assets and accelerators, mentor junior team members, and continuously enhance your Google Cloud skills and certifications.

A minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience is required for this role.

Must possess hands-on experience building production-ready data or ML solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Demonstrated strong programming proficiency in Python and SQL, with a plus for exposure to Java/Scala or Apache Beam.

Solid working knowledge of core GCP data services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Composer/Dataform is essential. Familiarity with ML and Generative AI on GCP, including Vertex AI (training, pipelines, endpoints), BigQuery ML, Gemini models, and basic RAG patterns is expected.

Proficiency in engineering fundamentals like Git, CI/CD, Terraform basics, automated testing, and secure access management (IAM, secrets). Familiarity with domains such as Data Platform Modernization, Analytics & BI (Looker), Generative AI, or Customer 360 is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in an Agile team environment are critical.
