This position focuses on leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to develop cutting-edge solutions, spanning from intuitive React-based user interfaces to robust API services and sophisticated data analytics capabilities. You will be an integral part of an Agile development environment, contributing to the delivery of production-ready features and applying best practices in testing, code reviews, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Design, build, test, and deploy complex, cloud-native applications on Google Cloud, overseeing the entire service delivery lifecycle from initial requirements to ongoing production support. Engage directly with clients to understand their business needs, translating these into detailed technical designs and providing expert technical guidance. Implement modern engineering practices, including Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), within an Agile framework to accelerate the delivery of high-quality software. Deliver impactful solutions within specific Google Cloud domains, such as: - Data & AI: Developing data pipelines and analytics solutions using BigQuery, Dataflow, and Looker. - Generative & Agentic AI: Contributing to AI solutions with Vertex AI, Gemini, and RAG. - Security Operations (SecOps) & Cyber Defense: Building integrated security solutions using Chronicle, Mandiant, and Security Command Center. - Marketing Intelligence & Personalization: Creating data-driven marketing platforms and personalized customer experiences. - Customer Engagement (CES): Implementing and customizing Contact Center AI (CCaaS) solutions. - Application & Infrastructure Modernization: Delivering solutions with GKE, Apigee, and modern CI/CD practices. - Workplace & Collaboration Solutions: Developing custom integrations for Google Workspace.

Proven experience in hands-on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) product delivery, encompassing design, build, and production operations, beyond just custom development hosted on GCP. Proficiency in at least one Object-Oriented Programming Language, such as Python, Java/JVM, or Node.js. Solid understanding of GCP engineering fundamentals, including Cloud Run and/or GKE, IaC (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, observability practices, and security essentials (IAM, OAuth2/OIDC, secrets management). Demonstrated domain expertise in one or more areas: Customer 360 (customer data unification on GCP), CCAI/Contact Center (Contact Center AI/CCaaS and integrations), Cloud modernization (GKE, Apigee, migration/modern engineering), or Data & AI (BigQuery, Dataflow, Looker, Vertex AI). A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing technology role (e.g., Cloud Engineer, Solution Architect, Software Engineer, Technology Consultant). At least 2-3 years of practical, hands-on experience building and delivering solutions specifically on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
