Join our team as a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Senior Analyst) and play a key role in developing and enhancing cloud-native web applications on Google Cloud. You will work with cutting-edge technologies, including React for user interfaces, robust API services, and advanced data/analytics capabilities. Collaboration within an Agile environment is essential as you contribute to production-grade features and apply modern engineering practices like testing, code reviews, and CI/CD. This role involves supporting deployments and operations, guided by experienced leads and architects, to deliver impactful solutions.

Engage in hands-on full-stack development, designing, building, testing, and deploying complex, cloud-native applications on Google Cloud across the entire service lifecycle. Directly interact with clients to understand their business challenges, translating requirements into technical designs and serving as a trusted technical advisor. Implement modern engineering practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) within an Agile framework to ensure high-quality, rapid software delivery. Drive outcome-based delivery within key Google Cloud domains, including Data & AI, Generative & Agentic AI, Security Operations (SecOps), Marketing Intelligence, Customer Engagement (CES), Application & Infrastructure Modernization, and Workplace & Collaboration Solutions.

Essential skills include hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) product delivery beyond just hosted custom development. Proficiency in an Object-Oriented Programming Language (e.g., Python, Java/JVM, Node.js) is required. Strong understanding of GCP engineering fundamentals such as Cloud Run and/or GKE, IaC (Terraform), CI/CD, observability, and security basics (IAM, OAuth2/OIDC, secrets management) is crucial. Demonstrate domain depth in at least one of the following areas: Customer 360, CCAI/Contact Center, Cloud modernization, or Data & AI. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is necessary. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing technology role is expected, with a minimum of 2-3 years of practical, hands-on experience building and delivering solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
