Lead the comprehensive management of consumer affordability programs, overseeing operations to ensure commercial success. This includes developing compelling offers and propositions, delivering seamless and positive customer experiences, and driving business growth.
Establish commercial frameworks, manage negotiations, and ensure compliance with financial institutions and channel partners. Conduct in-depth internal and external commercial analysis, monitor emerging market trends, and analyze customer financing trends and offer data to gain profound insights into program offerings.
Oversee the implementation of customer experiences across all touchpoints, including technology enablement, Go-to-Market strategies, and launch plans. Manage the rollout and expansion of affordability programs to channel partners, collaborating with financial institutions, vendors, and technology enablers.
A minimum of 12 years of experience in commercial roles, program management, business development, or commercial strategy within financial institutions, fintech, digital banking, e-commerce, or management consulting is required.
Demonstrated experience in securing and negotiating commercial agreements is essential. An advanced degree in Management, Technical, or Engineering fields is preferred.
Strong technical acumen, coupled with the ability to manage system integrations and analyze financial performance, is highly valued. Proven negotiation skills and the capacity to excel in ambiguous, fast-paced environments are key.
Excellent business acumen, investigative abilities, and business modeling skills, along with meticulous attention to detail, are necessary. The ability to systematically apply structure and principles using data is crucial.
A track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs from inception through launch and optimization, showcasing robust organizational and project management skills, is expected.
