Lead the complete lifecycle of consumer affordability programs, overseeing operations, ensuring commercial viability, compelling offers, exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth. Develop sophisticated commercial frameworks, manage negotiations, and ensure compliance with financial institutions and channel partners. Conduct comprehensive internal and external commercial analyses, including market trends, customer financing, and offer data, to cultivate in-depth program knowledge. Oversee the implementation of customer experiences across all interaction points, technology enablement, Go-to-Market strategies, and launch plans. Manage the rollout and expansion of affordability programs through channel partners, collaborating with financial institutions, vendors, and technology enablers.
A minimum of 12 years of experience in commercial roles, program management, business development, or commercial strategy within financial institutions, fintech, digital banking, e-commerce, or management consulting is essential. Demonstrated experience in successfully securing and negotiating commercial agreements is required. An advanced degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field is preferred. Possessing strong technical acumen to manage system integrations and analyze financial performance is a key asset. Proven negotiation skills and the ability to excel in dynamic, unpredictable environments are highly valued. Sharp business acumen, investigative prowess, strong business modeling skills, and meticulous attention to detail, coupled with the ability to systematically apply data-driven principles, are crucial.
