Lead digital transformation initiatives as a Subject Matter Expert in Industrial Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Defence Engineering and Plant Operations. Build and mentor consultant teams for client engagements. Understand client needs, propose and manage digital offerings, develop go-to-market strategies, and identify key technology partners. Present compelling business cases with a focus on business objectives and ROI to global OEMs and industry leaders. Collaborate with sales teams and stakeholders to drive business growth for Capgemini Invent. Spearhead projects in digital continuity and engineering transformation, including Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). Articulate industry insights, promote thought leadership, and highlight future industry trends to enhance branding.

This role requires 6+ years of experience in Aerospace and Defence consulting, with a proven ability to build and manage cross-functional teams. Develop market strategies aligned with customer needs, particularly for servitization models or after-sales support involving new product development. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential for building client relationships and delivering sound process and technology-based solutions. Familiarity with innovative IT/Product design and development techniques like MBSE and Agile/SAFe is expected. Leverage Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, cloud, AR/VR, automation, digital twin, blockchain, and RFID to create bespoke offerings. Experience in consulting alongside industrial/aerospace roles, with a focus on Engineering and Plant Operations, project management, and business consulting, is crucial.
