Join EY Digital Experience Platform’s delivery team as an AEM Tech Lead and drive innovative solutions using Adobe and Microsoft technologies. You will lead a group of delivery members, providing essential technical expertise, guidance, best practices, and coding standards.

Key responsibilities include partnering with technology and business teams to define requirements, leading AEM developers, conducting code and design reviews, estimating efforts, and managing technical risks. You will also troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance and caching strategies, document findings, and share knowledge on new AEM features and methodologies.

Candidates should possess 8-10 years of IT experience, with over 5 years in AEM development (version 6.x onwards, including AEM as Cloud Service). Essential technical skills include a deep understanding of Java, Maven, JCR, OSGI, Sling Framework, HTL, AEM dispatchers, and Restful APIs. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, jQuery, AJAX, and code quality tools like SonarQube, Junit, and Mockito is required. Adobe certifications are a plus.
