Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting business and system requirements, translating needs into functional specifications and user stories, and conducting impact assessments for system changes. You will create essential project documents like process flows, data mappings, and business requirement documents.

Collaboration is vital with business users, architects, developers, QA, and product owners to deliver effective healthcare solutions. You'll support system implementations, upgrades, and modernization efforts, while also performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting production issues.

Additional duties involve validating system functionality, supporting user acceptance testing, and analyzing healthcare data to identify process improvements. This role also encompasses supporting system integration, ensuring regulatory compliance, and actively participating in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with over 4 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or Technical Analyst.

Demonstrated experience in US Healthcare domains is essential, including Health Insurance/Payer, Provider Operations, Population Health, Care Management, Claims Processing, and Revenue Cycle Management. You must possess solid experience in requirements gathering and documentation, with the ability to produce BRDs, FRs, User Stories, Process Flows, and Data Mapping Documents.

Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Rally, or Azure DevOps is required. Hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally, Visio, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite is expected. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, and exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI in healthcare workflows are advantageous.

A strong understanding of healthcare standards including HIPAA, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, HL7, FHIR, and X12 EDI (837, 834, 835, 270/271) is crucial. Knowledge of healthcare analytics and automation, along with proven SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting, is necessary. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are a must.
