Lead and mentor a team of individual contributors, focusing on hiring, performance management, and fostering a high-trust environment. Drive the daily execution of the engineering roadmap in collaboration with GCS teams, managing timelines and resolving technical blockers for on-time project delivery.

Serve as the primary technical guide for your team, leading design and code reviews to uphold high standards of engineering excellence. Collaborate with other engineering managers, product managers, and gAP Delivery teams to ensure seamless alignment with broader organizational objectives.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required. Candidates must possess 8 years of experience in client-side web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP, alongside 8 years of coding proficiency in languages such as Java, C/C++, or Python. Proven experience in technical leadership, including driving business transformation initiatives, is essential.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Experience as a people manager for a software engineering or technical solutions team, particularly within the ad-tech industry, is highly valued. Expertise in leading teams through the entire software development lifecycle and building scalable systems or APIs is also advantageous. Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills, coupled with a passion for talent development, are key.
