As an Ads Solutions Engineering Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of individual contributors, fostering a high-trust environment conducive to exceptional performance. Your responsibilities include hiring, setting clear performance expectations, providing constructive coaching and feedback, and supporting team members' career development.

You will also oversee the daily execution of engineering roadmaps in collaboration with GCS teams, manage project timelines, resolve technical roadblocks, and ensure the timely delivery of team projects. A key aspect of this role involves acting as the primary technical mentor, guiding design and code reviews to uphold high standards of engineering excellence. Collaboration with other engineering managers, product managers, and gAP Delivery teams is crucial to align your team's efforts with overarching organizational objectives.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 8 years of experience in client-side web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP, coupled with extensive coding experience in languages like Java, C/C++, or Python. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.

Demonstrated technical leadership, including experience leading business transformation initiatives, is essential. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, along with prior experience as a people manager for a software engineering or technical solutions team. Familiarity with the ad-tech industry and experience leading teams through the entire software development lifecycle are highly valued. Expertise in building scalable systems, APIs, or data pipelines, along with strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills, is also sought.
