As a dedicated people manager, you will lead a team of individual contributors. Your responsibilities include hiring, establishing clear performance expectations, coaching team members, providing constructive feedback, supporting career development, and fostering a high-trust environment for optimal team performance.

You will oversee the daily execution of specific engineering roadmap components in collaboration with GCS teams. This involves managing project timelines, resolving technical obstacles, and ensuring the timely delivery of your team's projects.

Serve as the primary technical mentor for your team, leading design and code reviews to uphold a high standard of engineering excellence.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 8 years of experience in client-side web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP is required.

Proficiency in coding with at least one programming language like Java, C/C++, or Python is essential, along with 8 years of relevant coding experience. Experience in technical leadership, including guiding business transformation initiatives, is also a key requirement.
