As a people manager, you will be instrumental in nurturing a team of individual contributors. Your responsibilities will include hiring top talent, establishing clear performance expectations, providing constructive coaching and feedback, and championing career development. You will oversee the daily execution of a segment of the engineering roadmap in close collaboration with GCS teams. This involves meticulous project timeline management, proactively resolving technical obstacles, and ensuring the timely delivery of your team's projects.

Functioning as the primary technical mentor for your team, you will lead design and code reviews, consistently setting a high standard for engineering excellence. Furthermore, you will foster strong working relationships with fellow engineering managers, product managers, and gAP Delivery teams to guarantee that your team's contributions are seamlessly integrated with the broader organizational objectives.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required. You should possess 8 years of experience with client-side web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP.

Additionally, 8 years of coding proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C/C++, or Python is essential. Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, including guiding business transformation initiatives, is also a key requirement.

Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline. Experience as a people manager for a software engineering or technical solutions team is highly valued, as is prior experience within the ad-tech industry.
