Understand and embed EY's Quality and Risk Management procedures into team operations.

Proactively manage workflow, allocate resources, and monitor performance against standards and budgets. Demonstrate professionalism and clear communication with both GDS and global teams. Identify opportunities to enhance the scope of GDS work and standardize review processes. Motivate and mentor GDS team members, foster talent, and conduct timely performance reviews, leading by example.

This role is ideal for a freshly qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with 0-1 year of experience in Assurance. Essential skills include excellent communication, effective interpersonal, risk management, facilitation, and presentation abilities. Strong project management, leadership, coaching, counselling, and supervisory skills are vital.

Candidates should possess the ability to foster a positive work culture, embrace teamwork, and live EY values. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is required. The capacity to quickly build strong working relationships with colleagues in India and globally is also crucial. An interest in business and commerciality is a plus.
