Lead client engagements from the Global Delivery Services (GDS) front, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of work according to EY standards. You will be responsible for interpreting accounting standards, managing day-to-day operations, and developing strong relationships with global counterparts. Proactively manage workflow, allocate resources, monitor performance, and conduct performance reviews, while coaching and motivating your GDS team members.

We are seeking candidates with a strong technical background, including the ability to interpret accounting standards, coupled with excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills. A "Freshly Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI)" with 0-1 year of experience in Assurance is ideal. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is required. Strong interpersonal, risk management, facilitation, and presentation skills are essential for success in this role.
