Join EY's Assurance team as a Senior Associate and play a pivotal role in global client engagements. You will be the primary GDS contact for assigned tasks, ensuring the timeliness and quality of deliverables while managing daily operations. Lead engagements from the GDS front, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery aligned with EY GAM and global team expectations. Perform reviews of GDS staff procedures, leveraging EY tools for efficiency. Develop strong relationships with global EY counterparts. Embed EY Quality and Risk Management procedures into engagement work. Proactively manage workflow, allocate resources, and monitor performance and utilization.

Communicate professionally and clearly with GDS and global teams. Identify opportunities for scope enhancement for GDS on engagements. Standardize review processes and leverage best practices. Motivate and lead GDS team members, foster talent, and provide coaching. Oversee operational matters, conduct performance reviews, and lead by example.

To excel in this role, you should be a freshly qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with 0-1 year of experience in Assurance. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is essential.
