Lead GDS engagements, ensuring timely and quality delivery aligned with EY GAM and global expectations. Review GDS staff procedures, leveraging EY tools for efficiency. Develop strong relationships with global EY counterparts. Integrate EY Quality and Risk Management procedures into engagement workflows. Proactively manage workflow, allocate resources, and monitor team performance and utilization against budgets. Communicate professionally with GDS and global teams, establishing clear value expectations. Identify opportunities to enhance GDS scope and standardize review processes. Motivate, lead, coach, and supervise GDS team members, conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.

Candidates must be a freshly qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with 0-1 year of experience in Assurance. Essential skills include strong technical knowledge, interpretation of accounting standards, project management, excellent communication, and leadership abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is expected. The role requires an interest in business and commerciality, with a strong aptitude for learning in a fast-paced environment.
