- Lead engagements from the GDS front, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery according to EY GAM and global expectations. - Review procedures performed by GDS staff, leveraging EY tools for efficiency and effectiveness. - Build strong relationships with global EY counterparts, particularly in the Americas and Europe. - Integrate EY Quality and Risk Management procedures into engagement team workflows. - Manage workflow, allocate resources, and monitor performance against standards, including team utilization and budget adherence. - Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, competence, and clarity in all communications with GDS and global teams.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI), ACCA, or CPA. - 3-4 years of post-qualification experience, ideally within a mid-to-top-tier accounting firm's external or assurance review team, or an MNC/large Indian company, preferably in a Shared Service Environment. - Alternatively, semi-qualified professionals with 6+ years of relevant assurance work experience. - Expertise in Indian accounting and assurance standards; knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP, and international review standards is a significant advantage. - Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook is essential.
