Lead engagements from the GDS perspective, ensuring timely and quality deliverables aligned with EY GAM and global expectations. Perform reviews of GDS staff procedures, leveraging EY tools for efficiency and demonstrating a strong understanding of GAM. Cultivate strong relationships with EY Global counterparts, particularly in the Americas and Europe. Integrate EY Quality and Risk Management procedures into team workflows. Manage workflow, allocate resources, and monitor team performance against standards, including utilization and budget adherence. Communicate professionally and clearly with GDS and Global teams. Identify opportunities to enhance the scope of GDS work within your engagements. Standardize review processes and share best practices. Motivate, coach, and mentor GDS team members, fostering talent development. Oversee various operational aspects of assigned engagements. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback, leading by example.

A recently Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI). Possess 0-1 year of relevant experience in Assurance. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is ideal. An interest in business and commercial awareness is beneficial. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, learn new skills, and contribute to a market-leading, multidisciplinary team.
