Lead engagements from the GDS front, ensuring high-quality and timely work delivery aligned with EY GAM and global expectations. Demonstrate proficiency in GAM and EY tools for efficient reviews. Cultivate strong relationships with global EY counterparts. Embed EY's Quality and Risk Management procedures into team workflows. Proactively manage workflow, allocate resources, and monitor performance and utilization. Communicate professionally and clearly with GDS and global teams. Identify opportunities for scope enhancement for GDS and standardize review processes. Motivate and mentor GDS team members, fostering talent and providing coaching.

To excel in this role, you need technical knowledge, the ability to interpret accounting standards, and strong project management, communication, and leadership skills. Knowledge of Indian accounting and assurance standards or IFRS/UK GAAP/US GAAP and international review standards is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is essential. We are seeking individuals with commercial acumen, technical experience, and a passion for learning in a dynamic environment. A "Freshly Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI)" with 0-1 year of experience in Assurance is ideal.
