As a Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting a portfolio of engagements, guiding Assistant Managers, Seniors, and Associates. Cultivating strong relationships with global engagement team counterparts is key to success in this role.

- Lead and mentor a team of Assistant Managers, Seniors, and Associates to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of work. - Uphold EY's methodology in service delivery and contribute to quality projects like pre-issuance reviews and efficiency initiatives. - Cultivate robust relationships with assurance executives in the Americas and Europe. - Integrate EY's risk management procedures into the engagement team's workflow. - Facilitate the smooth transition of new engagements to GDS Assurance while maintaining superior service quality. - Proactively manage workflows, allocate resources effectively, and monitor team performance against standards. - Foster a positive and professional work environment, demonstrating clear communication and leadership.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with 5-6 years of post-qualification experience, or Qualified ACCA/CPA with 7-8 years of post-qualification experience. - Articleship experience with a top or mid-tier accounting firm is required. - Demonstrated experience in mid- or top-tier accounting firms focusing on external or assurance reviews, or with large MNCs/Indian companies, preferably in a Shared Service Environment. - Expertise in Indian accounting and assurance standards is essential. Knowledge of UK GAAP, US GAAP, or International assurance standards is a significant advantage. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, coupled with strong interpersonal, risk management, facilitation, and presentation abilities. - Proven project management, leadership, coaching, and supervisory skills are necessary. - Ability to promote a positive work culture, foster teamwork, and embody EY values.
