EY's Assurance team is seeking a Manager to serve as the primary liaison from GDS for tasks assigned by global client-serving assurance teams. You will be instrumental in ensuring the timeliness and quality of deliverables while overseeing day-to-day engagement operations.

Lead a team of Assistant Managers, Seniors, and Associates, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery according to EY methodology.

Develop strong relationships with engagement teams in Americas and Europe, understanding international accounting and assurance principles.

Implement EY Risk Management procedures and facilitate seamless transition of new engagements to GDS Assurance.

Manage workflow, allocate resources, monitor performance, and track utilization and budget adherence for your team.

Contribute to organizational initiatives, including recruitment and team development, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with 5-6 years of post-qualification experience, or Qualified ACCA/CPA with 7-8 years.

Possess expert knowledge of Indian accounting and assurance standards; familiarity with UK GAAP, US GAAP, or International assurance standards is a significant advantage.

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, along with strong interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation abilities.

Experience in mid-to-top-tier accounting firms or MNCs, particularly within a Shared Service Environment or Big 4 firms, is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is required.
