Join EY's Assurance team as a Manager and be the central point of contact for global client-serving assurance teams. This role involves ensuring the timeliness and quality of deliverables while managing daily engagement operations. We are seeking qualified accountants with strong leadership capabilities to collaborate with engagement teams across the Americas and Europe, developing expertise in international accounting and assurance principles.

Lead a team of Assistant Managers, Seniors, and Associates to deliver high-quality work according to EY methodology. Develop robust relationships with engagement team counterparts and ensure adherence to EY's Risk Management procedures. Facilitate the smooth transition of new engagements to GDS Assurance, proactively manage workflow and resources, and monitor team utilization and performance against budgets. Foster a culture of professionalism, clear communication, and continuous learning, actively contributing to organizational initiatives and team development.

Candidates must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with 5-6 years of post-qualification experience, or a Qualified ACCA/CPA with 7-8 years of relevant experience. Experience in audits or assurance matters with a mid-to-top-tier accounting firm, or within an MNC or large Indian company's shared service environment is essential. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is required. Knowledge of UK GAAP, US GAAP, or International assurance standards is a significant advantage. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, risk management, facilitation, and presentation skills are necessary.
