As a Manager in our Global Delivery Services (GDS) Assurance practice, you will be instrumental in managing client engagements, ensuring the highest quality deliverables, and driving operational excellence. We are seeking qualified accountants with strong leadership capabilities to manage a portfolio of engagements. You'll work closely with engagement teams across Americas and Europe, gaining exposure to diverse accounting and assurance standards. Lead a team of Assistant Managers, Seniors, and Associates to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of engagements adhering to EY methodologies.

Develop strong relationships with key engagement team counterparts and ensure embedding of EY Risk Management procedures.

Oversee the transition of new engagements to GDS Assurance, maintaining service quality, and proactively managing workflow and resource allocation.

Standardize assurance processes, leverage best practices, and contribute to the professional growth of team members through mentorship and performance feedback.

Actively participate in organizational initiatives including recruitment, diversity, and training programs.

Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with 5-6 years of post-qualification experience, or Qualified ACCA/CPA with 7-8 years of relevant experience.

Possess expert knowledge of Indian accounting and assurance standards; knowledge of UK GAAP, US GAAP, or International assurance standards is a plus.

Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, risk management, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Demonstrate strong project management, leadership, coaching, and supervisory abilities, fostering a positive work culture aligned with EY values.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is required, along with an interest in business and commerciality.
