Join EY's Assurance team as a Manager and be a key point of contact for global client-serving assurance teams. You'll manage day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate virtually or directly with engagement teams across the Americas and Europe, deepening your knowledge of international accounting and assurance principles.

Lead a team of Assistant Managers, Seniors, and Associates to deliver timely and high-quality work adhering to EY's methodology. Develop strong relationships with engagement counterparts and embed EY's Risk Management procedures. Facilitate the transition of new engagements to GDS Assurance, manage workflow, allocate resources, and monitor team performance and utilization. Demonstrate professionalism and contribute to a positive work culture, including mentoring team members and conducting performance reviews.

We seek qualified Chartered Accountants (ICAI) with 5-6 years of post-qualification experience, or ACCA/CPA with 7-8 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of Indian accounting and assurance standards is essential, with knowledge of UK GAAP, US GAAP, or International assurance standards being advantageous. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is required, alongside excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, risk management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
