We are seeking qualified accountants with strong leadership abilities for our EY-Assurance team.

As a key point of contact from GDS, you will manage assigned tasks for global client serving assurance teams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Responsibilities include leading teams of Assistant Managers, Seniors, and Associates, ensuring adherence to EY methodology and engagement team expectations. You will develop a deep understanding of EY Risk Management procedures, transition new engagements to GDS Assurance, and manage workflows and resource allocation. Proactively identify opportunities for GDS Assurance scope enhancement and standardize processes, leveraging best practices. Mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and contribute to organizational initiatives.

Qualified Chartered Accountants (ICAI) with 5-6 years of post-qualification experience, or Qualified ACCA/CPA with 7-8 years of relevant experience are invited to apply. Essential qualifications include expert knowledge of Indian accounting and assurance standards, excellent verbal and written English communication, and strong interpersonal, risk management, facilitation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is also required. Experience with UK GAAP, US GAAP, or International assurance standards is a plus.
