Lead GDS engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality work aligned with EY GAM and global team expectations. Review GDS staff procedures using GAM knowledge and EY tools for efficiency. Cultivate strong relationships with global EY counterparts. Embed EY Quality and Risk Management procedures into engagement work. Proactively manage workflows, allocate resources, monitor performance, and oversee team utilization and budgets.

Demonstrate professionalism and clear communication with GDS and global teams. Identify opportunities to enhance GDS scope and standardize review processes. Motivate and mentor your GDS team, fostering talent and providing coaching. Oversee operational aspects of assigned engagements, conduct performance reviews, and lead by example.

We are looking for a recently qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with 0-1 year of experience in Assurance. Essential skills include strong communication, interpersonal, risk management, facilitation, and presentation abilities. Project management, leadership, coaching, and supervisory skills are also crucial.

You should possess the ability to foster a positive work culture, collaborate effectively within teams, and embody EY values. The capacity to quickly build strong working relationships with colleagues in India and global teams is key. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is expected, along with a keen interest in business and commerciality.
