As a Senior Associate, you will lead engagements from the GDS front, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables in alignment with EY GAM and global team expectations. You will demonstrate a strong understanding of GAM, conduct reviews of GDS staff procedures, and leverage EY tools for efficiency. Cultivate productive relationships with global EY counterparts, embed EY Quality and Risk Management procedures, and proactively manage workflow and resource allocation. Monitor team utilization and budget adherence, exhibiting professionalism and clarity in all communications. Identify opportunities for scope enhancement for GDS, standardize review processes, and foster best practices. Motivate and lead your GDS team, identify talent, coach members, and conduct timely performance reviews, leading by example.

To excel in this role, you should be a freshly qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with 0-1 year of experience in Assurance. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is essential.
