Provide comprehensive administrative support to three directors, encompassing complex calendar management, scheduling, international and domestic travel coordination, and expense report processing.
Lead the planning and execution of critical internal and external meetings, including executive sessions and town halls, assisting with content creation and follow-up on action items.
Collaborate with leadership and community partners to ensure seamless business continuity and drive project delivery from inception to completion, proactively managing risks and obstacles.
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, navigate ambiguity with confidence, and uphold Google's strict confidentiality standards, applying an advanced understanding of company policies and procedures.
Serve as a proactive, transparent, and trusted business partner, exercising sound judgment and discretion to support projects and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience within a technology company or international setting, focusing on core administrative functions such as travel, expenses, calendar management, and facilities coordination.
Preferred qualifications include 5 years of similar administrative experience, coupled with a proven ability to support leaders in complex organizational structures. A strong understanding of Google's operational landscape, project and program management principles, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality are highly valued.
