Provide comprehensive administrative support to three directors, encompassing intricate calendar management, scheduling meetings, coordinating international and domestic travel, and processing expense reports.
Spearhead the planning, management, and execution of critical internal and external meetings, including executive sessions, town halls, and leadership forums. This includes assisting with content preparation and diligently following up on action items.
Collaborate closely with the E/ABP Community and GOC Leaders to ensure seamless business continuity. Drive projects from inception to successful completion, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and obstacles.
Execute tasks with meticulous attention to detail and navigate ambiguity with a proactive approach. Uphold the highest standards of Google confidentiality, demonstrating a thorough understanding of Google's policies and procedures.
Act as a proactive, transparent, organized, and trusted business partner. Apply excellent judgment and discretion to support projects and build strong rapport with cross-functional colleagues.
A minimum of two years of administrative experience within a technology company or international setting is required. This experience should include core administrative functions such as travel management, expense reporting, calendar coordination, and facilities oversight.
Preferred qualifications include five years of similar administrative experience in a technology or international context. Experience supporting leaders within complex organizational structures is highly valued.
Comprehensive knowledge of Google's operations, along with project and program management best practices for resolving operational issues while maintaining strict business confidentiality, is expected. A demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire proficiency with new tools and technologies, coupled with a keen interest in leveraging technology for enhanced work efficiency, is also advantageous.
