We are seeking a seasoned ADAS Subject Matter Expert (SME) with over a decade of experience in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Autonomous Driving technologies. This role offers the opportunity to provide critical technical leadership, solution consulting, architecture guidance, and deep domain expertise for innovative intelligent vehicle programs.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of ADAS functionalities, perception systems, sensor fusion techniques, autonomous driving principles, vehicle electronics, functional safety standards, and automotive software development practices.

In this role, you will define, review, and validate comprehensive end-to-end ADAS system architectures, providing essential technical leadership for ADAS and autonomous driving initiatives. You will guide the intricate design, development, and seamless integration of sensor, perception, fusion, planning, and control systems. Furthermore, you will actively support solution definition, conduct feasibility studies, and contribute to technology roadmaps, fostering collaboration with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams.

Demonstrate hands-on expertise in key ADAS functions such as ACC, AEB, FCW, LDW, LKA, TSR, BSD, RCTA, DMS, and Auto High Beam, alongside Level 2+ / Level 3 autonomous capabilities including Highway Assist, Traffic Jam Assist, Automated Lane Change, and Parking Assistance. A strong command of C++, Python, and vehicle communication protocols like CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, and FlexRay is essential. Proficiency with simulation and validation tools like MATLAB/Simulink, dSPACE, Vector CANoe, CarMaker, and experience in SIL/HIL validation is highly valued. A robust understanding of functional safety (ISO 26262) and development standards like ASPICE is also required.
