We are recruiting a Senior Consultant specializing in Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365 workloads. The ideal candidate will possess practical experience in assessing, transitioning, transforming, and migrating hybrid and cloud identity environments. This position involves advising clients and delivering technical solutions.

Lead comprehensive assessments of existing Active Directory, Entra ID, and M365 environments to pinpoint gaps, risks, and opportunities for modernization.

Develop and implement transition and transformation roadmaps for identity infrastructure, including migrations from on-premises AD to Entra ID and hybrid identity models.

Manage and execute migrations of AD, Entra ID, and M365 workloads such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams. This includes tenant-to-tenant migrations, domain consolidations, and hybrid configurations.

Provide hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization for AD DS, Azure AD Connect/Entra Connect, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and hybrid identity synchronization.

Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to define requirements, establish migration strategies, and manage risk and rollback plans.

Create essential technical documentation, including assessment reports, architecture diagrams, migration runbooks, and transformation roadmaps.

Work with cross-functional teams, including security, infrastructure, and cloud specialists, to ensure seamless project delivery.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft's evolving identity and M365 ecosystem, recommending best practices.

Requires 4-7 years of overall IT experience, with a significant focus on Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), or M365 workloads.

Demonstrated in-depth, hands-on expertise in: - AD DS design, administration, and troubleshooting - Entra ID / Azure AD (Connect/Entra Connect, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, RBAC) - M365 workloads: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams

Possess strong experience with assessment methodologies for identity and M365 environments.

Exhibit proven experience leading transition and transformation projects, particularly in on-premises to cloud migrations and hybrid identity setups.

Have solid experience in migration projects, including tenant-to-tenant, cross-forest, domain consolidation, and mailbox/data migrations.

Good understanding of security and compliance considerations within identity and M365 environments.

Excellent client-facing consulting skills, with the ability to confidently present findings, roadmaps, and recommendations.

Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.
