Join our team as a Windows Infrastructure specialist focusing on Active Directory and Azure environments. This role involves extensive administration and support for core Microsoft cloud and on-premises services.

This position requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and potentially 24x7 operations, to meet business needs. A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this dynamic role.

Administer and manage Windows Active Directory (2012/2016/2019/2022), including AD, DNS, Certificate Services, DFS, Site Services, and Replication. Perform core Active Directory migrations and manage Domain Controller servers.

Implement and maintain Azure AD, AD Connect, AD Federation Services, and related cloud services. Manage ADFS and GPO administration effectively. Provide day-to-day project support, ensuring infrastructure activities align with project goals.

Utilize PowerShell extensively for automation and management tasks. Possess in-depth knowledge of enterprise M365 and O365 operations, including MS Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online. Develop detailed schematics for new installations and upgrades.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in Windows Active Directory Administration is required, with proficiency in versions 2012 through 2022. Significant hands-on exposure to Azure AD, AD Connect, and AD Federation Services is crucial.

Requires at least 5 years of experience with PowerShell scripting. Experience with enterprise M365 and O365 operations, including Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online, is essential. Familiarity with cloud services is also necessary.

Knowledge of datacenter systems design, development processes, and ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request) is expected. Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Change Gear, or Jira is beneficial. Strong communication skills and the ability to work proactively with minimal supervision are key.
